What a waste of a weeks time. Could you publish what drivers, settings, and other variables you have on your machine(s) that work? Anytime you try to print any documents (invoice, purchase order), the printing window now is mostly blank, only right side buttons are showing. Remember that, even though there is a message, upon installation, indicating that the update has been successfully installed, it isn't really installed until you exit QuickBooks and start it up again. Printing may have been cancelled by another program. Be encouraging and positive. That solved the problem I referenced above with the output file error and file error. I downloaded the xps veiwer from Microsoft and installed it.

As previously noted, I have always ignored Intuit's weak approach, and just used a full version of Acrobat to select Acrobat Distiller (or later Acrobat PDF Writer or any freeware substitute) Sadly, it took 6 hours of effort to find the right combination of things to try. Uninstalling drivers can sometimes be a bit tricky. Note that the latest driver Intuit is providing with this update is the Amyuni 400 driver.
Perhaps if there were more detail, we might be able to identify differences on our systems that aren't working. I am using QB Premier Accountants Edition v. 10P on Windows Vista 64 bit. Once I canceled the document in the printer dialog box, I was able to go back to QB and it released and just gave me a print error. I only have one 64 bit system and I don't have a way of doing extensive testing like I can on 32 bit systems.
After 3 hours with "Tech support" they couldn't solve. Check your printer selection. I don't see anything specifically addressing your comment unless it is an outgrowth of the PDF driver problem.
