In two of the latter, the votes were canceled (they abstained) after those irregularities were exposed. But the excel file is saved in my php excel folder. Change the Content-Type to applicaton/vnd-ms.excel or application/vnd.ms-excel (I've seen it both ways, but don't have OpenOffice to check against them).
